1General Terms & Introduction

Bajihouse is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing Sports Betting and casino gaming services to users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms & Conditions apply to use of both the website and mobile app.

By using Bajihouse's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use the service.

These terms are provided in Bengali based on the original English version. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Use

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating a bajihouse account. If false or incorrect details are provided, bajihouse reserves the right to close the account and freeze the balance at any time.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.
• Your account password must be kept confidential. Account details must not be shared with anyone else.
• If someone accesses your account without permission, contact Bajihouse support immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all transactions and activity on the account — including any unauthorised access.

3Age Restriction & Eligibility

Bajihouse services are strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited.

Bajihouse may request age verification documents at registration or at any point thereafter. If your National ID or passport confirms that you are under 18 years of age, your account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be refunded.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use Bajihouse:

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Bajihouse employees or their immediate family members.
• Those whose accounts were previously closed due to rule violations.

4Deposit Conditions

All deposits to Bajihouse must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. If a deposit is made using someone else's bKash or bank account, the transaction will require additional verification and withdrawals may be delayed.

• Minimum deposit amounts: ৳500 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳5,000 via bank transfer.
• There are no fees on deposits — however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are non-refundable once processed, unless a technical error is proven.
• Bajihouse reserves the right to hold or verify any suspicious or unusual deposits.

5Withdrawal Terms

Several conditions must be met to make a withdrawal on Bajihouse. These requirements are primarily in place to ensure security and regulatory compliance.

• Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in your own name — transfers to third-party numbers are not permitted.
• Each deposit must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be made.
• All applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal from a bonus balance can be made.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (mobile banking).
• Daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier — ৳50,000 for Bronze, ৳1,00,000 for Gold, and unlimited for Diamond.
• Bajihouse may process certain withdrawal requests without KYC verification, though this may result in temporary delays.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on Bajihouse come with specific terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times. For example — 15x means you need to place ৳15,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus.
• Every bonus has an expiry date. Any bonus that is unused or incomplete at the time of expiry will be cancelled.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts — is a punishable offence.
• Bajihouse reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a new and active member.

7KYC & Identity Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) is part of international financial regulations. Bajihouse may request identity verification documents under certain circumstances.

KYC is required when:

• When withdrawing a large amount (৳50,000 or more) for the first time.
• When you need to update the phone number or banking details linked to your account.
• If suspicious activity is detected.
• If Bajihouse's management decides to act on its own initiative.

Documents typically requested:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport (both front and back).
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill — issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bajihouse. If detected, the account will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under a single person's name.
• Registering with false information to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes (cheating, use of unauthorized software).
• Use of the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Attempting unauthorized access to bajihouse systems.
• Harassing other members or staff.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Bajihouse may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or failing to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining real balance will be refunded within 7 business days — provided no rule violations are found.

10Limitation of Liability

There are certain limitations to bajihouse's liability that you should be aware of:

• Bajihouse will not be liable for losses caused by technical errors disrupting a game or bet — however, any affected bets will be voided and the deposit refunded.
• Bajihouse is not responsible for any game losses caused by internet connectivity issues or device problems.
• All betting and gaming decisions are entirely the user's own — Bajihouse does not guarantee any winnings.
• Bajihouse bears limited liability for technical issues involving third-party payment services such as bKash or Nagad.

11Policy on Changes to Terms

Bajihouse may update these terms and conditions at any time. The following policy applies when changes are made:

• You will be notified at your registered email at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• The date of the latest update will be noted on the website.
• Continued use of the service after any changes takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please submit a request to close your account.
